Through writing and performing live comedy, Damian was invited to BBC Talent workshops, which encouraged him to write for television.

Having studied History at Oxford, he has always had ideas for historical drama. Damian is currently writing his Victorian supernatural thriller on commission for the BBC. He is also writing a one-man stage show based on a historical subject, to air next year.
